Well, July has been great for us here. The 4th was a blast! We were able to spend the entire day with family. The first half was with Lance's family, and the second half was with mine.

We acquired a very old truck. I think it's a piece of junk, but Lance absolutely loves it. At least it runs, and will be able to transport a lot of stuff . . . if we ever need transporting before it totally dies. :) It was my dad's old truck. He got a new truck a couple of years ago, so he got his old truck ready to sell (it needed a new transmission). It took the mechanic two years, but the transmission is working. My dad decided to see if anyone in the family wanted the truck before he sold it, and Lance was the only one who wanted it. I can't imagine why (note the sarcasm). It was free, so I can't complain . . . not that it was worth much more. ;) I'm glad Lance is happy with it, and if he's happy, I'm happy. :)

This past week, I went camping with my family. Lance wasn't able to come with us because he had to go to Scout Camp. (His new church calling is 2nd counselor in young men's along with being assistant scout master.) I had tons of fun with my family, and Lance is loving his new calling.
Well, that's all for now. Have a great day/week/month . . . until next time!
